Our holiday apartments for 2 – 4 or 4 – 6 people await you, complete with tasteful furnishings and every comfort to ensure that your stay here is a special experience. This includes a modern bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer and washbasin, Wi-Fi, a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, a refrigerator and a flatscreen TV. The wooden interior expresses the atmosphere of the Alps, and is set off with modern features to create a contemporary, welcoming atmosphere. We are happy to provide equipment for children, including a child’s bed, cot, high chair and child-carrier hiking backpack.
If you wish, our bread service will provide you with freshly baked goods from the local bakery every morning from 7.30am, which we will deliver directly to your doorstep.

Bread service:
our bakery delivers the bread rolls (and much more) you ordered the day before, via an APP, every day (except on Sundays and public holidays), which you will find at your apartment door at 7.30 am.

Check-in: We look forward to welcoming you from 2pm onwards on your day of arrival. Naturally, you are more than welcome to arrive earlier, but please understand that your room or holiday apartment may not be ready for you. If you will be arriving later than expected, please send us a short message to let us know.
Check-out: Please leave your room or holiday apartment free by 10 am on your day of departure. If you would like to enjoy a more leisurely final day, please feel free to ask us – we’re sure to find a way for you to enjoy your holiday up to the very last moment.
Children’s discount
Families are always welcome here! Children up to and including 2 years old sleep free of charge in their parents’ room. On request and free of charge, we are also happy to provide you with baby equipment to ensure that you and your little ones don’t want for a thing.
Pets
For a small surcharge of €15 per day, your dog can join you on your unforgettable holiday in South Tyrol. Please remember to bring your dog’s favourite basket or blanket, so that it will feel as comfortable here as you do yourself.
Out of consideration for other guests, please do not bring your pets into the dining room.
Naturally, assistance dogs such as guide dogs are exempt from this request.

Deposit: Please send written confirmation of your reservation via email. Your reservation is considered fully confirmed upon receipt of your deposit of €150.00 per week. Please include your name in your reason for payment.

Travel cancellation insurance

Cancellations
Please understand your deposit will be retained in the event of late cancellations (between 3 months and 3 weeks before your holiday). Cancellations in the final three weeks before scheduled arrival are charged at 50% of your total booking amount. In the event of late arrivals or early departures, the entire amount for the booked stay will be charged. Thank you for your understanding; naturally, we will always do our utmost to come to an agreement
